only positive experience with Dr Ratti, she's friendly, concerns for me and most importantly, truly listen to my statements which gave me total confidence to under her care. Dr Ratti pays close attention to your medical conditions and shows empathy and understanding when dealing with her patients. Her staff is kind and friendly and very knowledgeable about insurance. I recommend Dr. Ratti and her staff to anyone that's dealing with chronic illness because she takes the time to address your fears and concerns and I really feel like she is a doctor who cares about the health and wellbeing of her patients. Although she will tell you the truth so don't expect her to sugar coat anything She is honest and has integrity and it's a pleasure working with her to get me back to good health.
