As always, everyone at Valley Eyecare Center was very kind and professional. I always feel well cared for and respected when I have appointments there. Dr. Gagnon is the best! He is extremely competent and also genuinely caring. He listens closely and is never dismissive of my concerns. I tend to have complicated eye issues, and I trust him to provide the care I need. For problems that are outside his usual scope, such as serious retinal issues, he always gives appropriate recommendations for who to consult for that level of specialized care. I have recommended Dr Gagnon and Dr Nicole Lee to others several times, and the other doctors and staff members all deserve a shout... read full review
I had such a great experience with the Tri Valley EyeCare Center during my visit last Friday, 03/04. I have so much respect for Dr. Gagnon and his staff. They are very accommodating and goes the distance for their patients as my experience with Susan Susan is the best; she took time to address all my questions /concerns with patience and understanding, dispelling all my fears.
