I purchased the Service Championship Membership (MVP Plan) that provides a yearly maintenance on my homes HVAC. Received a visit from Noah H. It was raining today, and he put on shoe covers before entering the home. He took his time which shows his thoroughness, which was important BECAUSE when he was in the attic crawlspace he found that two ducks had separated, therefore allowing attic air to get sucked in. He identified the room where the duck would be venting attic air. This room belonged to my daughter, who in recent months, had been complaining about feeling itchy in her room. We had tried airing out the room, opening windows, washing sheets, and now we know what the problem is and it's because of what Noah was able to diagnose the exact issue. With the issue identified, Noah did a full duct reseal and installation. Noah took pictures of all the issues (before /after), going over each issue and took his time to explain. There was no pressure or scare tactics. When he was complete, he even offered help if I needed any help moving anything heavy. I was blown away by the service I received! I can't recommend Service Champions enough for the services they offer, and more importantly, for the kind of employees they hire. Noah M is knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to deal with.
