Christopher the technician was great ! It's just Sears it self. I ordered a new Refrigerator in February and it finally arrived September 9, 2024. 7 months later. Plus the door was leaking water all over my hardwood floor. On top of that the food lost in my freezer I got nothing for. I will never order anything from Sears again.
The technician that came to repair my washing Wes absolutely stellar! He diagnosed the problem in less than 30 minutes and ordered the necessary part. I requested him to be the tech for the follow up to install the part. He was intelligent and efficient... the best tech ever!
Bobby was great! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and on-time. He let me know what was wrong with my appliance and gave me options. He also did a cleaning & maintenance check on a different appliance, and let me know it was in very good shape. He was also fast, so I didn't have to stay home all day. Two thumbs up for Bobby!
