Jeremiah & Garrett did a great job. They both were very knowledgeable, polite, helpful and did a thorough job. I liked how they both kept me informed on what l was happening the entire time.
We had a surprise tonight when our washer drained and the toilet began spewing water. We called Roto-rooter just after 5:00 PM as we expected a sewer blockage. Patrick Humphreys responded within an hour (as promised). He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the options on how to address it. He had the equipment, talent and patience to deal with a few unexpected issues he found. Once finished, he cleaned up and left the area cleaner than he found it. All done before sunset. Great Job Roto-Rooter and Patrick. He is a true professional and an asset to your company.
