Austin Toland was awesome. He patiently went through room by room, looking for entry points, closing holes and putting down traps and making me feel comfortable and safe the whole time. Orkin is the best pest control company in our opinion. We had a rodent problem ( voles) that were falling in our pool almost every day and we contacted Orkin. The representative Austin set baits and came every week to check on them. Thankfully we don’t see any more voles ( occasionally one vole in probably 10days ) We have recommended Orkin to our friends who are facing the same problem as us
