After receiving a “come to lunch” flyer, we decided to check out Neptune Society for our future end of life plans. All questions answered and we booked upon returning home.No pressure sales tactics and options to suit any need or desire. We now have things arranged so that the burden of final decisions is made for our loved ones.Thank you Neptune Society for making this whole process seamless.
What a wonderful experience during a most difficult time. My mom passed away in September and she was in a nursing home. Neptune Society personnel were so respectful at the time of her passing. Giving us the time and space we needed with her to say our goodbyes. Follow-up with paperwork and her remains were prompt and gracefully handled.
Several yrs ago my husband & I decided we needed to take care our final arrangements so our family would not have to. As we both decided to be cremated we choose NeptuneWe had affordable monthly payments. Sadly my husband passed away a month ago while in a rehabilitation center, the center notified Neptune gif me and within a few hrs had picked up my husband, the following week I met with Sammy from Neptune and I can’t say enough wonderful things in how professional, respectful and helpful they were. Everything was handled in a timely fashion and while I was there I also purchased a beautiful necklace that when my husband was cremated they put some ashes in necklace.... read full review
