I love the new staff and office here since John Muir took over. The staff is great very friendly! I love my doctor Mr Carmack too very nice makes you feel at ease as I am always very nervous when going to the doctor. Highly recommend them!!!!

I couldn't stand Kaiser anymore. Decided to switch up my insurance and couldn't be more thankful that I did! The staff here is amazing! The ladies are super friendly and very pleasant to deal with. The nurses are extremely compassionate and listen to everything that you tell them. I see Dr. Kilkner. He's an acquired taste. But overall, he listens and takes his time to ensure he's giving you nothing but the utmost care. Dr. kilkner and all the staff at John Muir thank you for your amazing care

The last time I visited this clinic I would have given it 0 stars because of the horrible service that my boyfriend and I received. This time it was very different, we got the pleasure of meeting Dr. Carmack. He was wonderful and had great bedside manners. He was able to joke and act like a real human instead of just getting answers out of a textbook.
