Duane did a fantastic job replacing the channel balances on most of our windows. We can now open and close the windows without struggles. We contacted another company in town last year, but got ghosted after their initial visit, even after they reaffirmed via text message that they would send me a quote. I thought it was our work being small, so we were kind of discouraged to contact another company since then. I am so glad that I reached out to Jim's Glass this year. It was such a smooth process. 10/10 would recommend! Left a message at the number provided and Dwayne (owner) called me back and we were able to connect quickly about replacing the cracked glass in my daughter's window. I was able to send Dwayne photos via text of the window and Dwayne also came to check it out himself as a free consult. He gave us a quote and mentioned it would take about a week to receive the new glass. Well, it really only took 4 days and Dwayne completed the swap without 30 minutes. Would definitely work with Dwayne again and happy to refer his services out to friends and family. Always happy to support local vendors! Thanks for your help, Dwayne!!
