I contacted Health and Wellness Chiropractic early this afternoon and they had me in the office in a matter of hours. I have a genetic connective tissue disease so I’m always skeptical of chiropractic due to my condition. Dr. Pham was super accommodating and was actually quite familiar with my condition which was super helpful! He did some physical tests to make sure it was safe to adjust me. The exam was quick but comprehensive. He checked my whole body prior to adjusting me. The 10 minutes of tens and heat therapy was so relaxing and helped my pain a ton even prior to the adjustment. I’ve seen several chiropractors over the years and they all struggled to adjust me due to muscle tightness from my condition. Dr. Pham worked with me and had me feeling almost no pain at the end, which is huge as I have chronic pain as a result of my disease. I haven’t felt that good in years (I’m only 22 but internally my body is about 55 due to the disease). Will definitely be returning!

HWC is nothing short of amazing! I am 28 and woke up a few weeks ago with excruciating back pain, barely able to walk and unable to bend over at all. I had never been to a chiropractor and was a little skeptical, but I knew I had to. I called Health and Wellness Chiropractic after thorough online and yelp research, was so thrilled that they able to see me that same day. From the moment I walked in, I could tell they were experienced and would able to help me. They spent good amount of time on my back in that initial appointment, diagnosing and explaining what was going on. They spent extra time working on my pain so that at least I could go to work with less pain. Since then I have been back for a few more weeks and almost at 80 % recover. Every visit, the doctor and the staff are kind, caring, welcoming and accommodating from treating, to scheduling and affordable care. I love the most when Dr. Pham treat me with his special tissue works, traction and some ART. Once I am pain free, I will most likely to continue to go to HWC for maintenance care. I do appreciate all the guidance from stretch to exercise to help me recover a lot quicker. Highly recommend this office for Chiropractic care for new or old injury. Thanks Dr. Pham
