This is a long overdue review - Gary remolded our bathrooms 4 years ago. We still couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with the finished product. He and his team's craftmanship, attention to detail, knowledge and expertise were all exceptional. Gary provided an accurate estimated budget, communicated regularly and clearly related to status and decision points while the project was in progress. His extensive knowledge of home construction was apparent in being able to provide solutions to uncovered items following demo which helped keep our design plans and materials choices intact. We are so very lucky to have found Gary S Warren. Him and his team work diligently, daily, and their work is perfect. He remodeled two bathrooms, built a new deck for us and made so many repairs in a home we just bought. We knew it needed work when we bought it. But we had no idea how we might get that work done. They took care of everything. Broken pipes, plumbing issues beneath the bathroom and in the garage and kitchen. Everything they fixed, works like its brand new. Also, when I had bought a countertop I was unhappy with, Gary drove it all the way back to Hayward to get us another one. That was above and beyond what we had really expected. Gary Warren is the best contractor in the East Bay! He completely renovated our kitchen and it looks terrific. This is the third project, after renovating three bathrooms and a building a new master closet, in our condo and all three projects were five star, wonderful experiences. His work is always excellent. He sticks with his cost estimates even when unexpected issues arise. He starts and ends the projects when he says he will. He comes back to fix minor problems after he has been fully paid. Gary and his crew are easy to work with and they cleanup the workplace at the end of each day. I would use Gary again and highly recommend him to others.
