Their team is not only friendly and approachable but also incredibly dedicated to going the extra mile. Whenever challenges have arisen, they've tackled them swiftly and effectively, demonstrating a strong commitment to resolving any issues. I particularly appreciate their collaborative approach with Boards to develop detailed budget projections, which helps in evaluating all options and securing the necessary funding. For every major project, I make sure to solicit bids from GB Group because I trust their ability to deliver top-notch quality and prioritize the needs of our mutual clients.

I just had a great experience working with GB Group. Small interior kitchen repair but it involved the sink and dishwasher and half my counter space. I went without for close to two months. I was getting very stressed out and now the work is complete and I am thrilled. The lag time in between no counter and counter was more to do with HOA planning and not GB Group. I had to wait for cabinets to be made, but that is to be expected. My HOA was also great during this process but the waiting game is what it is. It is the nature of the beast and hard to avoid. Anyway, Gene B was my contact and Todd and Artemio my crew. They were all great in every way. Respectful of my property and space. Listened, answered and addressed all my questions and concerns. I have worked with enough people to know that this is not always the case especially when a woman is asking the questions and I ask many. So thank you, thank you, thank you. I will be recommending you highly to my HOA as well as referring you to anyone else I know in need.
