Very bad experience. I had an appointment set and they didn't show up. I called them 20-30 minutes after the scheduled appointment and no one answered. The owner called me back immediately and I reminded him that we had an appointment. He started to yell at me - he told me Comcast has a three hour window and he's only 20 minutes late. I was shocked! A simple "I'm sorry we're running late and I didn't call but please expect us at ..." would have been great. He told me he wasn't interested in my business because he didn't like my tone.
