Very bad experience. I had an appointment set and they didn't show up. I called them 20-30 minutes after the scheduled appointment and no one answered. The owner called me back immediately and I reminded him that we had an appointment. He started to yell at me - he told me Comcast has a three hour window and he's only 20 minutes late. I was shocked! A simple "I'm sorry we're running late and I didn't call but please expect us at ..." would have been great. He told me he wasn't interested in my business because he didn't like my tone. I'm not sure what's going on with this business but I wish I had paid attention to the review dates. He continued to yell and belittle me so I ended the call. My advice is to keep looking.
