i have several animals including a tortoise and asked multiple times to be notified in advance. They just could not do it. When i finally cancelled my service the man wanted to confirm that i was cancelling because someone had been late to the appointment. This was another reschedule with a window of 8-12. when i called at 12:20 to i inquire the tech told me he would be there about 1 which was when my grandkids were set to arrive. i really did not want to cancel because when they came it worked out well . i just don't think their business model should include people that need advance warning of arrival

I called Clark's Pest Control, Pleasanton Office for services for ants. The first tech that came out was outstanding did a great job. The next service tech guy who came and was clueless.On idea on how to do the job. He knocked of a security camera off my wall and then put it in some flowers in a pot on my porch. I called and complained, they said they would send another tech on next service. Problems each time they came each time. On avg they are.at my house spraying for less then 3 mins...I have timed them from my security cameras. Then today, a tech shows up to spray inside and outside because of ants again. This guy tries to tell me that they only spray inside, if you have a know where the ant problem is. No preventative service. Then when it came to do the outside, he tells me that his sprayer is broken. I have heard this excuse before at least 3 times in the last year. I said no, its no your hand sprayer, its the reel type one to spray everything. I don't have one of those and it says you have already had your monthly service performed...??????? I am done. Cancelled my service today. It should not be this hard to get a service you are paying for. Nevermind, taking part of a day off work to deal with this crap. Save yourselves from a aggravating service that you are paying for.
