If you want to get your hair done right the 1st time...COME HERE and see Allison!! I had an emergency hair crisis ..to say the least..from another salon in Pleasanton. I called EVERYWHERE in Pleasanton and Livermore to try and get my hair fixed. Nobody could get me in or even really cared. Once I called Carnegie Park Salon, I was able to get ahold of Jamie promptly. Jamie was empathetic and kind. She directed me to her stylist Allison immediately. Allison and I texted about my hair and she created a clear plan right away. When I got to the salon, Allison greeted me as thought I was a regular client! I felt so welcomed, cared for and had such fun conversation! Allison was detailed and precise in the reconstruction of my hair color, gentle with application, patient with the processions time and so mindful of the styling at the end! She actually cared about my hair! I left looking like a million bucks because of Allison! These pictures don't do her justice, Do not hesitate with booking her!!

Alison gave me an amazing haircut. She did it exactly like the photo I showed along with some layers making it a cute hairstyle. The salon is really clean and well maintained. Will definitely visit again!

I've been on a search to find my go to salon and I think I just found it! Jamie is the best!! She was very accommodating, I called the day of to see if they could take me in for a haircut and she fit me right in. It was actually her day off, so the fact that she came in to give me a haircut shows you the type of person she is! (There was one other stylist in the salon but she was booked for the day). I showed a picture to Jamie of what I wanted and I explained to her why I was unhappy with my last cut (from a different salon). I really liked how she analyzed the picture and gave me feedback as well as going over her plan on what she was going to do. I really appreciated how she didn't rush and took her time to cut my hair. Jamie made me feel so welcomed with her friendly/kind attitude. And it felt like I can trust her to do anything with my hair. I LOVE my new hair all thanks to Jamie!! Will definitely come back again!
