Came and measured my two bathroom and a kitchen remodel project. Sent a quote three weeks later for ~150k for labor only. His line items are most detailed I have ever seem. A ~$250 charge to cut the hole in sheetrock for an electrical outlet, ~$350 charge to install and connect the outlet to the main electrical system. I lost interest at that point. May be there is a charge to turn the breaker off before installation and another charge to turn it back on.Every conceivable step was a line item.I feel sorry for the guy for going through so much trouble to even give me an estimate. We were referred to Brandon by our realtor to finish the garage. He came and took notes and said he'd give us a quote. Radio silence for two weeks , then he emailed saying he can't bid because he doesn't have time to do it. You can be booked now but you are losing customers whose business you may need in the future! Can't comment on his work quality but lack of communication and professionalism is a non starter.
Waited 2 months for a quote - never received a thing. I texted after a month to let him know we were still interested. His reply, "It would be another week". Now 2 months later, still nothing. Not even that he was too busy or not interested. Too bad! We have $150k budget. Wouldn't hire him now if he worked for free!
