Baird Construction converted a tub to a walk in shower and remodeled a guest bathroom. Mark was easy to communicate with and Edgar did quality tile work I had complete confidence in their ability and integrity. We are very pleased and feel that the cost of the project was very fair for the value of what we received. We highly recommend Mark and Edgar.

Mark was great to work with. We remodeled 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, our kitchen and dining area. He communicated well, and went above and beyond our expectations of the job. We are very happy with the end results. He actually did more work than was included in his original cost estimate without any significant increase in price. We highly recommend Mark and his crew!

This is the 2nd time we have worked with Mark, and again he was fantastic! Came on time, left the house clean and really did his best that the final outcome will look good and will be in the best quality. First time around (6years ago), he did our house flooring and some structural changes. This time around he transformed our very old and outdated bathrooms into a beautiful space. Will 100% hire him again when needed.
