Just got a heat pump installed by AIS. The install team of Rafa, Fausto, and Edgar were absolutely perfect. They far exceeded our expectations and we would recommend them and the whole AIS team to anyone in the market for an HVAC project.
When my old wall heater died, I discovered that not all heating companies will even replace a wall heater -- they want to install central heating, which is expensive when the ducts needed have to be installed as well. AIS came to the rescue - and did an excellent job installing the new heater. I especially appreciate the availability of maintenance agreements, so you pay in advance, and they notify you when it's time to check the heater, and set up appointments. (Otherwise, I might forget). So when I decided I wanted to get a mini-split air conditioner, I was delighted to find this company that I trust installs them as well.
