The lightbox sign for my business storefront in Pleasanton burned out after many years and I called Alex to come by and diagnose/fix the problem. No call/no show for the appointed time we came up with. Called him back the next day, he apologized and rescheduled. Second time was rinse & repeat: no call/no show. How contractors like this can make a living is beyond me. Life must be good in the sign industry..

This guy is extremely unprofessional. He lied over and over again. Once I googled him and saw these other reviews it all made sense. Apparently it's just how he operates. You'd be foolish to think you will have any better results. Stay away from this company!
