Wow I have so many awesome things to say about Gianna & her business! I was referred to her for face waxing and it took me a while to book because I have such sensitive skin. She was super easy to book with and when I got in, I didn't even think to mention my sensitive skin but she asked a few background questions and decided to just do a small test strip to see how my skin tolerated the wax, which I thought was super sweet and showed that she really cares about her clients and not just about making as much money as possible. Her sensitive wax was perfect for my skin and I've been going to her ever since! I love going to Gianna-- her office is super cute and very clean; she is extremely friendly and easy to talk to throughout the appointment, and she lets me bring my baby with me when I don't have childcare for the day. I could not recommend her more, she's awesome!

This place is awesome! They had a large selection of boulders that was really unique and Manager Kevin was very helpful. The price he got us was very reasonable and the delivery driver could not have been nicer. He spent a great deal of time being patience and unloading our boulders. The driver was the nicest guy ever. Today was one of my visits to Define Dentistry. . for my dental needs . As always , I got the best treatment with utmost care . The hygienist was very thorough and explained everything as she did her work.Dr. Charlie is a brilliant dentist and in my several trips to Define Dentistry I can vouch for her honesty in her work . She goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and is very thorough in her work. My husband accompanied me to the office today . He had a few extractions, and Dr Charlie’s expertise was evident as she worked on his teeth . Amazing !!The staff is so polite and the office is so welcoming and is well equipped with latest equipment.And our 4year granddaughter was with us , who was welcomed by all there . Define Dentistry is so kid friendly and lastly my granddaughter got a goody bag and a brownie !
We moved here a few months ago and had to commute to my prior dentist as they have always been amazing. I was afraid to make the move to a new dental office but finally went for it. I was pleasantly surprised that I will be happy to make the switch. Not only is is a short drive from my house, but the staff are all wonderful! Easiest cleaning I’ve ever had. It was so nice not to have water splash all over my face. Shout out to Esther! Made my husband an appointment as soon as I finished mine.

I found Michelle when I was looking for hairdresser who uses non-toxic products, but I ended up finding more than just that! She is also a wiz at cutting hair according to how it sits naturally. I love that the way my hair looks when I leave her studio, is the same as what I can make it look like at home. She makes it easy on me, so I don’t have to spend a lot of time styling my hair. With that said, not only does she listen to what you want with your hair, she is also a very kind person who is fun to talk to.

She also colored my hair a gorgeous wine color. My hair has more bounce than any relaxer has ever given me and it feels softer than ever. This review is for Violet. From the start of the consultation process to actually doing my hair i am ecstatic. I was told previously by another stylist at a different salon that my hair had to wait months before it was safe to touch or that so much of it needed to be cut off sadly and thats with a major event coming up..I didnt give up hope and heard of Violet through a friend of a friend. Went in on a morning during the week and thankfully is super close to my job. Parking is conveniently across the street in a parking garage and free. Violet was very realistic based off my inspo pics to get blonde highlights (almost ash blonde). Initially let me know my goal would take a few sessions to achieve considering I had dark brown hair with red tones that were gonna be tricky to lift. I told her i was okay with at least lifting to a caramel color. Her demeanor was very sweet and she told me the complete opposite about how my hair was definitely okay to work with and YES i did need moisture but all is possible with masks & future care. Booked her immediately after our consultation in the parking lot almost a month in advanced. Fast forward to today , during the lifting process she realized could go lighter (what i initially wanted) We were able to achieve inspo pics without so much damage or cutting of my hair! She made sure I was okay throughout process. Simple things such as "am i pulling your hair? is the water okay or too hot?" I have gotten so many compliments and its only been a few hours. She really took care of me and my hair and revamped it completely. I am SO happy and I recommended her to a few people already. Thanks Violet!
Recommendation: Have a friend drop you off if you have a dye + cut service! Street parking maxes out at 3 hours. I was ready for a transformational haircut and specifically booked with Kim because of her short hair cutting/razor skills. I will note that her hourly rate was higher than I anticipated ($125/hr), but her skills justify the expense. I have long, thick, wavy-curly locks with multiple cowlicks, and Kim was able to sculpt my mop into the pixie cut of my dreams! I felt "unveiled" during the appointment. Kim took direction from how my hair naturally wanted to fall so I will not have to "fight" my hair to style it. I really wanted a low-maintenance, fun cut, and Kim delivered. Very excited to be rocking short hair in time for spring!

I had an unfavorable experience on my first visit to Livermore Barber Shop yesterday with my first hairdresser, but I am very content with my revisit today. The owner of the shop reached out to me to apologize for my experience, helped me book a touch-up appointment at no cost, and provided me a gift card. Even though my first experience wasn't what I hoped, I can tell that the establishment as a whole and the majority of the workers there are top-notch and kind. They definitely care about their customers and the quality of their cuts. I would come here again!

Hands down the best nail salon and best place to get a pedicure. I come all the way from Brentwood about 30ish miles for the pedicures. Super clean. Super relaxing the price is great. The owner and everyone is so nice. The mimosa pedicure is so worth the drive. My boyfriend loves it here b/c they don’t do acrylic and it doesn’t smell like paint thinner. Love it here!!

Let me start by saying, I am a picky person when it comes to my nails and it takes a lot for me to be satisfied when it comes to my acrylic nails. Been getting them done for over 30 years. With that said I like my nails with a curve, which is not very common these days. Molly and Tony were wonderful, especially when I asked if I could supply my own curved tips (most places do not carry these anymore). They said of course, whatever will make you happy. Visited them for the 1st time before Xmas, was so happy as I finally had curved nails again. I had previously been with my past nail tech for 14 years until she retired right before the pandemic. Not only did I get my curved nails, Tony listened to all my nit picking about shape and smoothness or angles and basically anything that i saw as a quirk that would bother me and my OCD. Went and got a fill in January and was still very happy with the services. Fast forward to Feb. and I was out of town and used a local place, and even with my own tips, i left feeling that my nails were not up to par and almost wanted to remove them and have them done over at King's Nails upon returning to town. Now I have my next appointment scheduled for next week for a new set to start over and I can't wait. Love Love Love the personalized attention I get there!!!! As others have noted, Yes bring cash and best to make appointments as this husband and wife duo are the only ones there.

Allie did an amazing job. I got so many compliments on my lashes! I wanted natural looking great lashes for my daughters wedding. I had an allergic reaction years ago to lash glue so I was nervous to try again. Allie was professional and made sure I was comfortable with no adverse reaction to the glue. I called EVERYWHERE in Pleasanton and Livermore to try and get my hair fixed. Nobody could get me in or even really cared. Once I called Carnegie Park Salon, I was able to get ahold of Jamie promptly. Jamie was empathetic and kind. She directed me to her stylist Allison immediately. Allison and I texted about my hair and she created a clear plan right away. When I got to the salon, Allison greeted me as thought I was a regular client! I felt so welcomed, cared for and had such fun conversation! Allison was detailed and precise in the reconstruction of my hair color, gentle with application, patient with the processions time and so mindful of the styling at the end! Chrisi is a miracle worker! She is such a genuine person and also very talented in her craft. I had dry, graying lackluster hair and she transformed it into silky smooth locks with a rich texture. I had an overall cut. Color and Brazilian blowout, which smoothes out the hair. She also waxed my eyebrows. I feel 10 years younger! I love the vibe of her shop. It is very cozy and comforting. I have had the pleasure of getting 5 tattoos done by Felicia, and each time has been nothing short of extraordinary. Her skills and accommodating nature set her apart as an outstanding tattoo artist. From the moment I walked into her old studio, I was met with warmth and professionalism. The original size I asked for was a bit smaller than I had pictured in my head so she offered to reprint the stencil because I wanted bigger even though she would have to leave to go get it, she drove 20+ minutes to her house to grab her printer so we could get the perfect size, while waiting we applied numbing cream so we could be ready to go. Advanced Plumbing is always very easy and professional to work with. They usually always have a technician readily available for emergencies. This is the second time we have used their services and Edward was great. We had a garbage disposal that had failed and he was able to diagnose and have it replaced within an hour. Edward was kind and respectful and was easy to talk to and understand. Advanced Plumbing has a great business model that caters to the customer. Keep up the great work.

I found Precision Electric on Yelp and contacted them. They responded promptly and scheduled an appointment. I wanted to repair a broken light fixture. Mario came out and gave me a quote. Then he suggested that for safety reasons it was better to install a new fixture, and it would be the same price. He met me at Home Depot and recommended which fixture was best for my old Victorian. CrossFit 580 is great! The gym is fully stocked with the best equipment and always cleaned and fully staffed. Lindsay has been a great instructor for the 6 am class. The vibe is really good there. Gary Warren is the best contractor in the East Bay! He completely renovated our kitchen and it looks terrific. This is the third project, after renovating three bathrooms and a building a new master closet, in our condo and all three projects were five star, wonderful experiences. His work is always excellent. He sticks with his cost estimates even when unexpected issues arise. He starts and ends the projects when he says he will. He comes back to fix minor problems after he has been fully paid. Gary and his crew are easy to work with and they cleanup the workplace at the end of each day. I would use Gary again and highly recommend him to others.

Michael literally saveeddddd us!!!! We had a pipe burst in the middle of the night and it flooded our entire downstairs. I was 8 months pregnant with a toddler and absolutely devastated. Called Michael and immediately felt better. He assured us he would take care of everything. He came out the next day to assess the damage and told exactly what we needed to do. He took care of everything with the insurance company and they got to work repairing our home. I feel so blessed that I made that call to Michael because he made such a stressful situation ok. I cannot say enough positive things about William. He is extremely knowledgeable and can tell you more about rats and any type of insect their habits. We have used his pest control service for many years now and I continue to be impressed every single time with his willingness to fit a service call in, even very late notice. We apparently have a "rat's paradise" of a backyard (fruit, pool, etc.) he says so we attract them every couple years it seems. He takes care of the issue immediately. Highly recommend supporting his local business.

I called her in March and schedule for fumigation in May because my house is still under remodeling. She has all the paperwork ready and has the team come to do the work. I thought I have to pay when we sign the contract which other termite company request to pay before they come. But we pay after the work done. Austin Toland, the residential route manager , is very helpful , efficient and professional. We had a carpet beetle issue in our house . We worked with Landscape Experts Inc (LEI) to revitalize our wild yard, cutting back swaths of overgrowth and transforming it with a variety of beautiful California native plants and nine fruit trees. They also carved out a lovely hillside with custom stairs, a spacious terrace, and game trails perfect for enjoying the view. LEI works with YesPlease.Garden (YPG) who managed the design process and Fresh Coat Restoration who completed the new fence. The partnerships were well integrated and it felt like working with a single team. See my Google Maps review for more on YPG. We are very happy with our project and would recommend LEI because they were professional, courteous, reliable, and provided clear and upfront pricing. Documenting decisions in writing proved helpful for keeping everyone on the same page. Any problems we had were resolved fairly, such as correcting the direction of our stairs. Aaron is a man of his word but prefers to conduct most of his business through texting. We first contacted LEI and they promptly scheduled a time to visit our property with YPG to see what was possible within the budget we set out. We completed the design with YPG and LEI scheduled a time for the project demolition. A later approximate time for planting was set, but that was dependent on the availability of the various plants we had selected. Everything scoped in the design was completed within the budget and any add-ons we later requested were priced separately and fairly.

We are so happy! Kat worked with us to establish our design goals for a whole new front and back garden and deck. She took into account our desire for low maintenance, drought tolerance, mostly native plants, and some turf, as well as the handful of existing features that should stay. Then she quickly turned it into a beautiful custom landscape design, with detailed plans.When Kerri Landscaping (her recommendation) implemented the plan, they had to change almost nothing. A few minor position issues to keep the arbor away from the house and adjust the re-purposed concrete for the retaining wall. For a project of this size, which took about 750 hours of labor, that's incredible foresight. She guided us into making the finishing touches to our taste and was extremely responsive every step of the way. Our house here in Brentwood sits on a steep grade due to the proximity to a creek. Unfortunately, the moisture from all of these storms this year caused a mature tree in our front yard to begin rapidly falling over. It became a safety hazard because people park underneath it, we live near school, and the tree was falling on to the sidewalk that people use to access a public trail. We got four different quotes and explored options to see if there was anything we could do to save our beautiful tree. Consensus was that air had gotten up underneath the roots and the tree was coming down one way or another. With that in mind, we felt that Patrick with the Davey Tree Experts was the most knowledgeable of all the arborists we had come out. He gave us insight into the type of tree we have, common problems with those trees, and he also researched a list of drought tolerant trees that we could plant in our yard as a replacement that wouldn't fall down in the future. He also handled all of the city conversations on our behalf since we have an easement in the front with a water main and sewer access right next to where a tree was. We are thankful that scheduling was very quick. I think they were able to come out in less than a week to remove the tree and grind the stump. Patrick also came out beforehand to mark the tree and wrap caution tape around it since it was falling. The speed at which they got the tree removed was really important because we just had a massive wind storm and I'm glad the tree was safely removed before it fell and damaged any irrigation or water lines from ripping out of the ground. Expedience was also really important to prevent getting any code enforcement violation for blocking a sidewalk. Of course we are sad that We had to remove a mature tree, but it was done as safely and efficiently as possible and for a reasonable price. We really appreciate that, plus the understanding and great service made the process so much easier for us. We are breathing a sigh of relief now that the risk of the tree falling is over and the process was so smooth. Thanks so much!
Highly recommend Burns Vista tree service! We recently found out that the tree in front of our home was badly infested with termites and needed the tree gone ASAP. Contacted them, and they sent someone out same day to estimate the cost of the tree and sent a quote a few hours later, and they were so responsibly priced. We agreed to the service and they sent some guys out to cut the tree down and drill out the stump! Great company to work with and very kind people too!
Just had Simply Trees out to do tree work this morning . They showed up on time even a little early. They were polite, knowledgeable about trees and well organize.We live in a historic Victorian home and our trees were growing on top of our roof. They were amazing to watch as they cut and removed with care.Shawn one of the owners was also one of the workers up in the trees and was well organize and a professional at working with trees. I have been a business owner most of my life and really appreciate doing business with Shawn and his whole company. We could not be happier with the work. Give them a try on any tree work you may have you won't be disappointed.

Just switched to this dentist after some billing and treatment issues from my prior dentist. I love the office, the staff, and care I got during my first appointment. I was very pleased with the treatment recommendations that were given too. My prior dentist tried to get me to do so many extras that were going to cost me a lot of money. Sycamore dental gave reasonable recommendations, timelines, and helped me decide the best course of action to take. They even told me I could hold off on things my last dentist said was super urgent. I highly recommend switching to sycamore! Bonus…The dental hygienist performed the best cleaning I’ve ever had! I’m very happy our family found this place! They have two different X Ray equipment for more detailed examination. Dr. Peggy Chuang was very professional and kind with the first cleaning procedure. Excellent service! When you first walk in the ladies that greet you are always with a smile on their face and the morale in the office is wonderful. Dr. Williams is who I've been seeing for the past four years, is absolutely fantastic! He has helped with pain in my neck shoulders back. The one thing that he really did help me out with was my vertigo he did this thing with my ear and it popped my crystals back into place and I felt really good afterwards and the vertigo went away, I definitely would advise anyone to try it out. See if you like it. Me personally it has helped me out tremendously. It's always great to go back once a month to get a tuneup and I like getting their text messages to remind me too.

In my experience other places I have been to (and there have been quite a few ) do not have the whole package of great Effective visits, caring and non judgmental environments and most importantly walk in availability. My drive/commute to Total Health Chiro has changed from on my way home to out of my way 40 min , but I totally trust this office and know they are well worth the trip !

We love Muddy Paws-Livermore. Groomer Jessica always does a great job with our energetic labradoodle Maggie. We have been getting routine grooms for years now and Maggie is always so excited to see her at every appointment.
I was looking for a way to fix back pain and destress and found springtown. I booked a last minute massage on a Sunday night and luckily there was an opening. My masseuse was Monica and she was wonderful. Perfect pressure throughout and frequently checked in. She was also very warm and kind when receiving me! I'm pretty sure I received the best Best professional massage I've ever had! I need deep and hard massages. My masseur was amazing! He also did some stretches I've never had done before. I would definitely recommend you go here. Especially if you like it hard!

I haven't been to Spring Massage Therapy for a long time. I finally met Jennifer today. I really like her massage. Her massage technique is very good. She can give me a deep massage, relieve body pain, and relax my back. I recommend it to everyone. If you are not feeling well, come to her. She can give you a brand new body. It's great.
I walked in and was welcomed right in and got a great quick neck and shoulder massage. The spaces are all fresh and clean, everything seems new. The only thing is there was an up-charge for using a card, so bring cash or buy a package to avoid that.

Massage was great. Had a good experience. Very clean environment and they are very gentle. Went in due to lower back ache and now I'm feeling a lot better. The full soft tissue massage was worth it.

I can't say enough good things about Jens. He has been so helpful with any issue I have. He is friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and an all around gem. His office is quaint and the staff is always welcoming and amazing. I have been coming in and off for over 10 years. He has treated my insomnia, TMJ, joint issues, and sciatica. He is definitely one of the best in the business.
Dr. Christine is great. She is very caring, detailed, and knowledgeable. I was very reluctant to have acupuncture as I have always disliked it. However, Dr Christine practices Japanese style acupuncture which is much gentler and I don't mind it at all. I was having terrible headaches coming from neck/shoulder tightness. The combination of acupuncture and cupping has provided a wonderful respite from the pain. A lot of my pain was coming from jaw clenching and she has an easy solution using popsicle sticks that has helped me tremendously. My headaches from my jaw clenching are mostly gone. I also get sinus pain and congestion. Acupuncture and herbs, as needed, have kept this under control. I was also experiencing low energy. In addition to acupuncture, she suggested adding several servings of vegetables to my diet daily. My energy levels have surged as a result. Her knowledge continues to amaze me.
