The veterinarians show unbelievable compassion and gentle care, taking extra time to help anxious animals feel comfortable. They are not trying to dig in your wallet and are truly kind souls. The clinic has a great passion for animals, with excellent knowledge and communication. The staff is easy to work with and makes clients feel comfortable, calling them and their beloved pets by name. Many clients drive a significant distance because the care is worth it, stating it is the best vet in town and their first recommendation by a landslide. Clients report great experiences over many years, finding it a definite place to return to for all their pets' needs.
First time here, but definitely not my last! Five stars all around service from my initial contact with the receptionist Ashley who was cordial, kind, and easy to work with. She had a great knowledge of medical terms and knew how to pass on the information of what I had given my pet. Megan was the RVT who helped me in the waiting room and was excellent, kind, and patient. She made me feel at ease so much, I thought she was the Doctor for a minute! Dr. Tim (Krasnansky) DVM, has a great passion for animals and I was a pleasure to have help me. He offered certain services and explained how they worked and how it would help my cat. He was very gentle with my cat and he has some funny jokes too. I really think this place is special, and if you ever need help, Country Vet is my first recommendation by a landslide.
I love this Veterinarian their compassion they show is unbelievable In Reno Nv where I live the Veterinarians here have zero compassion and could care less about Our animals very sad. Iam so Great full to all the Employees and Dr's for helping us when we really needed them . It's worth the 2 1/2 hr drive . God Bless all of them..
Very kind vet and assistance and front desk. The vet took the time to help my anxious dog get more comfortable before the exam which few if any vets have ever done before. We will be taking our pets there while we live in the area. Defiantly recommend, best vet in town. I tried another before finding country vet and it pales in comparison!
