We have been going to this groomer since 2021, bringing our first dog here, now we bring all 4 to them. We love how they are a small family owned business and take care of our pets as if they're their own. Not to mention their prices are excellent and so affordable.Every time they're picked up, they have the cutest scarves and they smell so good. We love it!
He is the best--let me start with that. If I could leave 6 stars, I would. I had been searching for a technician for a few months. Some promised to come but never showed up, and others didn't even call back. Omar responded right away. He called me back, asked a few questions, and explained clearly what he would do during the first visit, with no hidden fees. Omar arrived and fixed everything. He performed diagnostics and explained what needed to be done without any pressure--just offered his advice. We agreed and got started. Initially, the work was supposed to take about an hour, nothing too difficult. However, during the repairs, we discovered that the "house" wasn't ready to function properly, and one of our pipes burst. Omar spent seven hours at our house and didn't leave until everything was done. He didn't complain and worked as if he were doing it for himself. He charged exactly what he had estimated at the beginning. I truly believe he is a professional who goes the extra mile to ensure everything is done properly. The next day, he texted to ask if everything was okay. This follow-up shows that he is responsible and genuinely cares about his clients.
I cannot thank av comfort enough such an amazing and honest company. This is my second time calling them and they always show up fast and give me an honest price. Will always use and recommend.
Austin family poodles was a wonderful family we purchased our sweet peaches from. They always answered all of our questions and always send us our weekly pictures or videos of our sweet girl until it was the day we picked her up. I highly recommend them ☺️
I found Gerald Solley and Bugabate via an Amazon help back in 2017 - when I moved into a new rental. Gerald and his team came out right away and took care of setting me up on a monthly to bi-monthly plan. Could they have said you need every month and gouged me - sure. But they were very upfront about what I needed. I love this company. I use for general keep the creepy crawlies away.

I found Todd on thumbtack. He called and we set up a time to look at our problem. He showed up on time. He was extremely courteous. He is SO easy to talk to. He then listen to what we had to say the problem. He spent next 45-60 minutes diagnosing the issue. I took him another 30-45 minutes to fix the problem. Outstanding company. They are thorough and professional. What they said they would check , they did and didn't try to add or scam me with more unnecessary work. What they said the price would be that is what they charged, no hidden or extra charge was made. They explained what was done . I highly recommend this company. I had used them before and found them to be the best, most professional and most honest. A company with integrity is a good thing and that's why this company is a good company.

Amazing responsiveness all around. Took my phone call after business hours and assured me he'd be at my home the next morning to fix a leaking bathtub faucet. Came earlier than expected, talked me through what I had done wrong in attempting to fix myself, and finished in a timely manner. I will be using his services again! Highly recommend!
