We had been going to LBVC since 2008 but since VCA took over the care went downhill and it’s next to impossible to get an appointment. I called and was told they couldn’t get my dog in until November even though it was urgent. I was able to get in and be seen in less than 30 minutes with Sterling Pointe during their after hours schedule. Dr. Irene is patient and explains things very well while being loving with your pets. Great office!
The vet Dr Van Tine and team were very kind. My dog was very stressed to be at a clinic - panting and shaking. The vet actually got down on the floor with her and calmly did the exam while chatting. My dog completely calmed down and when we left she was in a normal state. This has never happened before. Highly recommend this clinic and vet.
Wonderful staff and doctor. Very pleased with the care our pup recieved. She needed stitches for a cut on her leg she got while having the zoomies outside. I think she hates the cone more than the stitches. Lol.
