The glass on my sliding door cracked and when I called J&J, they were so kind and helpful and got us an estimate within a couple days then a replacement within a week or two. They also installed a beautiful sliding screen door too which we love! They are professional and friendly and I would recommend them to anyone :)

I recently had a screen door destroyed by a cat,I called J&J, and a very upbeat young lady took my call, answered all of my questions with confidence and knowledge of the process. I loaded up and headed to Lincoln, where I was met with the type of customer service that I thought was long gone in these recent trying times. The gentleman I spoke with explained the process,the turn around time,and was genuinely pleased to do so. I left my door in good hands and headed back to Auburn and about 30 minutes later my phone rang,J&J calling to inform me that my door was finished and available for pick up anytime.
