Took my son for his appointment today. Happy with the quality and gentleness of the haircut. My son is 6 and has some sensory issues with clippers. He did great.Keep in mind Kim is a one women show. If she’s with a client she can’t always answer.Be respectful and call during business hours, allow her time to call back missed calls. Or better yet, make your appts prior to leaving.

I will never again recommend this shop to anyone. While Kim is a very good barber, for some reason her attitude and behavior have changed dramatically. Fortunately for me (and maybe her) our interaction was on the phone. After dropping by the shop on three separate days and finding the door locked and lights on (note on the door reading, "Back soon, Sorry"), and calling the shop several times (never an answer), I finally found a note on the shop window with Kim's cell phone number, so I called. I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life by anyone (not even my Marine drill instructors), let alone a business OWNER!!! Nothing, absolutely nothing, excuses her poor behavior and abusive treatment of customers. Driving paying customers away won't help to improve her situation. I've also heard accounts of similar and worse experiences of others.

I live in Lincoln and would used to go to South Sac just to get my kind of haircut. Kim is an experienced barber, she takes her time and is very friendly. I bring my boys here too. Don't hesitate, you're in good hands.
