Kenneth Higginson is the absolute BEST realtor that you can come across. Sure everyone has a suggestion on whom you should use for your real estate services - but NONE honestly compare to Ken. I will recommend him forever and ever. Do yourself a favor and whether you are buying or selling, have a conversation with him. We really enjoyed working with Andy Chandler throughout the entire process to short sell our home in Lincoln. He is an honest professional who understands the ins and outs associated with short selling a home. He kept us informed of events and represented our best interests at all times.
