“The concrete contractor for my backyard remodel did a very poor job and the concrete was blotchy, discolored, and inconsistent. Ross came in and did an amazing job of sand blasting the concrete and really cleaned it up and made it look brand new. He protected all the adjacent surfaces and came back the next day to clean all the sand out of the pool. Ross was very professional and had a great attention to detail. “Paul and his team are true artists and a wonderful company to work with. We are very particular with our Spanish modern design iron details and Efficient Iron Works made it come to life. The handmade iron detail on our windows were better than imagined. The shining star was certainly the staircase. There were several different aspects of our design we asked for, a custom designed newel post AND some tricky (un-level) curves to tackle. The install and process was fluid and with clear communication and the result left us speechless and in awe. I will post finished photos once the project wraps... but for now, enjoy Paul and his teams stellar craftsmanship. Amazingly easy, flexible, reasonable and kind people.
