We have a silicone coating on the flat part of the roof, and the room underneath now stays so much cooler than the rest of the house! “Daniel inspected the roof and provided an estimate based on my request since the solar system installer had indicated few areas of the roof might need to be repaired. He texted me pictures of the problematic areas and explained what needs to be done. Once done, he texted me pictures to illustrate the issue had been addressed. Our sales rep Rhami WAS professional, helpful and informative on the house visits and calls. We purchased the higher quality Panasonic panels. Our Grandson comes over 2x a year to wash them. Well spent $40.00. It's cool that we have recommended them and been sent several large finders fees. We have never had to call them back. We definitely recommend Semper Solaris to anyone who wants quality, value, professional, responsive service and panels.“
