“Great Job!! We had a roof leak in three (3) areas of our home due improper roof installation. We had three (3) quotes for tile lift and relay reroof process. A co-worker of mine recommended me to get a quote from Martin Roofing Co. because of the great job they did at his home. Nestor Chavez (project manager) went to our home asses our roofing needs, and he sent as an estimate and specifying the detailed scope of work on what needs to be done. The estimate was right on the spot plus additional repairs - which Nestor fully discussed it to me first what needs to be done and the cost of repair. He is very thorough. And shout out to his whole team who did a very good job!! They are very clean. Every day before they leave, they clean the whole area making sure that all related debris are clean. They are very organized and respectful. Also, Nestor did a good job in finding and supplying new tiles to supplement broken tiles for our roof. Work was done in 5 days. We are very pleased with the results. And Nestor even took pictures of their finished work. I highly recommend Martin Roofing for all your roofing needs!!!“

“We took our time to get 6 quotes for our roof replacement and new skylight installation. We were looking for a company that would install our chosen product Owens Corning Duration Cool, their estimate needed to be fair, and most importantly, their project manager needed to be easy to work with. After meeting with Alex from Forever Builders a few times (and screened his ratings on Yelp, oh yes we sure did), who seemed to meet all of the above checkpoints, we took a chance with him and Forever Builders. “Working with Kendall and his team from Exclusively Roofing was one of the best experiences we’ve had with a contractor. Our house needed a new roof and we wanted to make sure we got it done before the rainy season. We got quotes from five companies and not only was the quote process with Kendall pretty painless, his quote was better for a comparable statement of work. Kendall was no pressure, just explained what needed done, the options they offered, how the quote was calculated, what the quote did and did not cover, and left it in our hands. We talked about timing and he was able to get his crew on us within a week. After reviewing all the quotes we selected Exclusively Roofing and work started. I saw Kendall daily and got updates on what was done and what the plans were for the next day. He was very responsive to texts and calls throughout the job (I admit to being a worrier). Tear off was quick and the team did such a good job picking up the yard appeared cleaner than when they started. The build crew was on time every day and was attentive to our property during the entire process. Each morning I was asked by the crew “If there is anything we can do to make this better for you just let us know”. At the end of each day they did a yard clean up, stored their tools, and left the property in as good a shape as they found it. The work finished on time and they did a last check of the roof and property and a final extensive clean up.
