Monica is amazing, and she listened to our request. It had been a long time since Snowball looked this handsome, and even though he had a record on worse matting. Monica did not shave him naked, lol.

Wanted to try a new grooming place after being told we couldn't come back to our old one. We had spent about a year and a half there. In the last 6 months or so, they would call me to pick my pup up early or wouldn't complete the service because he was being "too difficult" and would still charge me full price (how his temperament had suddenly changed is still a mystery to me). The very last time I picked him up he was drooling like crazy, something he only does when he is completely stressed out. Needless to say, I was very wary to try again with a new place. After his last few visits at the old place, my pup had become extremely anxious at the groomers. Insert Pawsitively Perfect! I dropped him off, was told it would be about 2 hours, and made my way to a coffee shop a few minutes away and made sure to keep my phone close for the inevitable and dreaded "we need you to pick up your pup" call. About an hour and a half later, I received a call that he was ready! I was excited, but tried not to get my hopes up too much as, in my previous experience, it was still very possible that things had been skipped due to him being "difficult". Upon pick-up I was definitely pleasantly surprised! He was in good spirits (no stress drooling, woo hoo!) and he had been fully serviced. His paw pads and nails (which the other groomers refused to touch) were done to perfection, hair cut just as I had asked, and a cute lil bandana as a finishing touch. Karen, his groomer for the day, let me know that he did pretty well, but had a few areas where he got a bit nippy. I expected as much, but you'd never have guessed based on the great work she did! I will definitely be back. Thank you so much for giving my pup a great experience!
Love this place! Prices are on point and you don't have to wait long when making an appointment. They are friendly to your fur babies and are quick with their services. Good experience all the way around!
