“Ronnie and his crews were great! Ronnie is super professional, genuine, and was right on top of getting things done.I had just moved into a 6,000 sq ft lot and needed the lawn trimmed after this rain season. I guess trimmed is a bit of an understatement, some weeds were 3-4ft tall... it was like a mini jungle!! I have 2 small dogs and worried about them with snakes and other critters since it is getting warming out. Ronnie quoted me and at first I thought it was expensive, but once I saw the job it made sense. Plus, had to haul back a full truck load of the debris. All in all, Ronnie was personally very helpful and his crews did a wonderful job. He had about 7 men come out to work on the yard and they got done surprisingly quick! It was a full team effort, and now I felt bad for asking my bf to try to do it!! Haha.The crews did a very good job and made the place look even better than I had ever seen it. I also have a lime and orange tree and they were very gentle around them. He also mentioned to me that he is an electrical engineer, too. “San Diego Design and Build are owned by two brothers Oscar and Steve who have done several small to medium sized jobs for me in the past. They are very competitive with their bids and as contractors go, I found them to be very friendly and accommodating individuals. So, when I needed a studio built on my property, I already knew they were the go-to guys. As construction jobs go, they got the job done, very close to deadline date, and made it as painless and problem free as possible. The studio turned out better than I anticipated (thanks to their creative ideas which not only saved me money, but also turned out a better product.). I plan to do a home remodel this year, and I know that I will definitely use their services again.“

“When we first started looking for companies to do another landscape design and landscape construction we were recommended to Landscape contractor Jeff Wilson of Wilson Woodscape.

We had used another company for a project in the past and just were not satisfied at the end of the it all.

The first time meeting Jeff you will walk away from that conversation with an overall impression that this guy really knows what he is talking about, and he does.

He will ask you questions and present possibilities that you hadn't thought of. Insuring that most all the issue that could come up have been addressed and a plan is in place to address it.

We had a pile of dirt for a front yard and we knew what we wanted.

We had an idea for mid century modern landscapes like you would see in Palm Springs and had done research on it and presented Jeff with what we were looking for.

Once we hired Jeff, his Landscape designer architect and he came out and talked to us for a couple of hours took many measurements and went off and put together a plan and a design, you can see it on his site.

We had a lot going on from stone masonry, walkway landscaping, driveway installation, outdoor step construction, retaining walls, hardscape, outdoor lighting, irrigation installation, custom concert work.

He is always a step ahead. Whatever question that you come up with he has already thought of it and planed it out. So when you come up him with a couple of new ideas after the project has started he is ready for it. He has to be the best landscaping contractor in San Diego, at least I think so and the final product speaks for itself.

The finished product was beyond our expectation. We have people stop in their cars to ask us who did the work and can they get their number. This was happening at least once a week for about 9 months after the project.

“Nature's Elements did a fabulous job on our front yard (color concrete driveway, stone paving, irrigation ,trees, shrubs & groundcover). So much so that we hired them later to do the rear yard also (gravity block wall, raised planter, trees, shrubs, irrigation, raised Trex deck & artificial turf), and that turned out really great also. Jesse Laguna and his crew are talented and easy to work with, reasonably priced, honest, quick and fun to have around. As an architect and contractor myself, I couldn't be happier with their work.“

“One of the most wonderful things that happened to me last year when I came back to SD after 8 years was to find out that at my work campus was a farm and every Monday there is a stand for the employees in Campus Point with vegetables from such farm (The Green Acre restaurant sources from them). I found out that California Farm and Garden (formerly Urban Plantations, that I knew from before I left) was behind the operations. I can only comment on the corporate farm that I have mentioned and all is fantastic. From the super cool young farmer girls and my favorite guy, always teaching us how to compost or what varieties of vegetables they grow with smiles and dedication, to the bounty we get every week. The farm is beautiful and well tended and everyone can have a picnic, see the farmers in action (working in the field) and admire the flowers. We get to take from mini bouquets home too! Hats off for this wonderful design and management and the effort everyone put to make everyone happier and healthier.“

Also I have a huge backyard and getting the sprinklers sorted out was a challenge. Their supervisor stuck with it and was here to help get it resolved.
