Gerardo was communicative thru Yelp messaging, showed up on time and got to work. We appreciate him coming out to us to help us do something which would have taken 3 hours vs him doing it in an hour. “Sergio Pelayo is the consummate professional. He's a handyman like no other. He is meticulous and a perfectionist. He is responsive and reliable. He always shows up when he says he will. He takes great pride in his work. He can do just about any job...painting, drywall, landscaping, fencing, installs ceiling fans, vanities, blinds, some plumbing, some electrical. If there's something he can't do, he most likely will know someone who can. He's reasonably priced and you definitely get what you pay for. He has done extensive work at several of our houses.
