I work in brokerage dealing with commercial properties. I recommend UMS for all my clients. They do an impeccable job for post construction clean up or just maintaining. Highly recommend and great service!

UMS has done some construction clean up jobs for us and they've done a great job time and time again. They make sure each property is clean and ready to be listed on the market meeting deadlines and exceeding our expectations. Thanks UMS!

It's hard to find maintenance companies that have employees that take pride in their work now a days. I have been using UMS for years now, and haven't been happier with there work. The employees are punctual, take pride in there work and go above and beyond of what's expected. I'm not a big yelper but I do have to say that I 10/10 recommend UMS.
