It's very hard to find an alteration shop that will do your custom job neatly, quickly, and without being disappointed. Previous shops I've been to have done the job but left me unsatisfied either with their rudeness, sloppiness, or rising cost. It's almost magic what a good seamstress can do so I don't always mind paying extra, especially here. She is quite the expert and cares about each project no matter how small or big. Judging from the work she has done for me and from the other clothes in queue, she has earned a solid reputation and repeat business. The staff is very friendly, they do good work most times, however, there were several times when my clothes were not ready and I gave them at least 2-3 weeks to alter and clean my garments. One time I flew to Europe without my heavy coats because I placed them in the cleaners a week and a half before I left. I asked if they were sure my it's would be ready in time, they shop owner insisted they would be ready 3 days before I left. On the day I was supposed to pick up my things, I went up to the location and was told that they had been busy so I it's were not ready. LOVEEEEE this place. They have great service and they take good care of their customers. Really do a good job of taking care of the clothes as well. They made sure I got my clothes as soon as possible and I was ver satisfied w the results. They are my to go cleaners and I %100 recommended
