After visiting Kozasky Chiropractic, I can’t stop thinking about it. I am so thankful to have found a group of people that I know can make me feel better! Kristen was incredible as a chiropractor. I’ve never been worked on like that and just felt so safe with someone I barely knew. Daniel and Lety are incredible for massages. Hot Stones with Lety or Cupping with Daniel always makes me feel better. They know how to be gentle while targeting problem areas and actually making a difference. I just learned they do lashes and acupuncture as well and can’t wait to try. Thank you!!

What a fantastic find!!! Had my first appointment with Dr. K yesterday to deal with what I had self-diagnosed as a shoulder impingement and she was great! She did some chiropractic adjustments, some massage, and then recommended cupping, which I had never tried before (but was open to; it's fascinating!). We did a range of motion test at the beginning, then mid-way through, and again at the end. And she all the while she listened, communicated, and adjusted her treatment based on what my arm/shoulder and the rest of my body was doing. It was very thorough! And I feel like it made a real difference. It's a longer-term injury that will (likely) require a few more sessions and time/care, but yesterday felt like a great leap forward as I've definitely noticed a difference in what I can do and how I'm moving it and pain levels. Highly recommended and excited for my return visit!

Dr. K is a miracle worker. I've been seeing her for a couple months now because I was having horrible back and hip pain due to pregnancy. She spends a good amount of time on her patients and, at least in my experience, does even more deep tissue work than adjustments. Because of the work she's done, I move around and sleep easier because of the pain relief!
