We are very happy with our new LVP floor, which was installed upstairs and downstairs in our townhome by Floor Pros. Julio, Chris, and Eric were all fantastic. Julio, the project manager, gave me a quick estimate, and then provided contract updates within a day when I wanted to change the scope of the work. He pointed out things that I would not have thought of (like removing the closet door tracks), provided a choice of different baseboards, and also came up with a great solution to work with our new stairway. My wife and I recently had new flooring installed by floor pros. The goal was t match the existing floor that had been installed on one side of the home. Floor pros did in excellent job and provided great service in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend and use the company again.
