I called LustreFinish Mobile Auto Detailing to see if they could clean/polish the headlights on my 2003 Honda Element. I didn't even want to drive it at night because it was so coated and dull with years of use. Jose answered right away, explained what the process would entail, and quoted me a very reasonable price. Not only that, he would come to my home to do the work. He had just finished a job and said he could respond to me within 30 minutes. He arrived on time.

I appreciated that Jose was very straightforward about the proposed detailing work (scratch removal, polishing and paint protection) on my car. He didn't upsell me on additional work or over-promise on the end results. Instead, he provided honest feedback and info on preventative measures to maintain the quality of my vehicle in the future. In addition, Jose shows good communication skills and makes sure to msg the client multiple times leading up to the day of the job so that everyone is on the same page.
You can feel confident that Jose will show up on time, explain everything in detail and provide high quality service to your vehicle.
