“UPDATE 21 February AD 2024We moved out of state and came back to visit my grandma who is 102. So while we were here I set up my appointment to see Dr. Erdman last Thursday and again today. Thank God for the skills he gave Dr. Erdman for helping heal and keep in good health, all the stretching and strengthening really are so important to do and it was good to have a refresher on how to do those exercises.Dr. Erdman has been blessed by God to help. I threw my back out in 2020 on thanksgiving day and they responded on Friday to have me come in on Monday. I was able to go back to work Tuesday!!! I’ve been going there ever since and the team there is great.“

“After going to several different Dr.s for my hip pain ending up in a pain management that got me no where except spaced out on pain pills.i decided to go to Dr. Nelson I could barely walk with a Cain I was crying and felt defeated. After about 5 adjustments and lots of listening Dr.Nelson decided that where the pain was could b in my pelvic. It only took 1 adjustment. “About 4 weeks ago I had a spasm in my neck and after a couple of days my neck felt better but I had a pinched sciatica that was shooting down my right side of my leg. I had severe pain getting in an out of the car, sleeping, rolling to my left and right side, having to lift my hip, causing me so much pain. It would wake my wife up , four weeks later I went to almond family chiropractic and after 3 visits I'm 80% better and looking forward to my visits. Thank you“

“I work a desk job, and started experiencing extreme stiffness and pain in my upper back and neck. I could hardly turn my head. But, this chiropractor talked to me about what was happening, got me in a massage chair, then used electrodes on me, used some sort of machine on my spine before doing the most amazing correction on my back and neck. I literally felt like he saved my well being. My pain was gone. I will be back regularly for self care considering the damage desk jobs do to your body.“
