The staff is rude. The management is the worst. They are uninformed of what they are doing. Hung up the phone on me 3 times. Unprofessional specifically Patty who is supposed to be manager in the office . I can not believe the level of incompetence that this 5 bon air group in larkspur has. I will update with a screenshot And recordings if im able to upload. I just spoke with a doctor about my needs and he just confirmed that Patty is not a office manager and she was asking me medical questions to diagnose why my visit today and while doing so disregarded my right to privacy hippo laws when she is just a front desk lead. I asked her if she was a nurse she refused to answer and continue to ask personal medical questions. Totally disregarding My request to ask if I was talking to a medical licensed provider Instead, she just said that.I refuse any communications and hang up.I will be following up with headquarters and the team leadership of the marine community clinics

Marin General was unable to sign off.So I went from Marin General, to UCSF, back to Marin General and then finally to an acute rehab in Santa Rosa.Santa Rosa was able to sign off and I finally got my Disability. Now fast forward to August. I'm finally home after open heart...read full review
