I truly appreciate Dr. Yardborough and his approach to dentistry. When there is something that needs to be done, you can trust this doctor's ethics and know that he is telling you the truth in terms of the treatment that is needed. There is no gouging. There is no upselling. There is no unnecessary procedures. Anyone who has fallen victim to the above tactics knows how refreshing it is to leave a cleaning hearing that "everything looks good". In addition to Dr. Yardborough being so great, his staff is nice, friendly, ethical, and gentle! The office is clean, the equipment is new, and Netflix while getting work done is an awesome bonus. We used to go to Magnolia Family Dentistry and really liked them but had to find a new dentist after they changed insurance plans they took (that's business, nothing personal). My daughter recently got her braces off and her current dentist couldn't get her in for a quick teeth cleaning as she wanted to do some teeth whitening and I wanted her teeth cleaned before doing that and was willing to pay out of pocket and not use insurance. I also had concerns about white lesions on her teeth and wanted to make sure the teeth whitening wouldn't make them worse or to see if we should do something else. Dr. Yarborough fit her in so quickly for a teeth cleaning and emailed AND called me to let me know his professional advice about her enamel and the teeth cleaning. He alleviated my concerns. I'd call that going above and beyond customer service. Thank you!!
I would give Magnolia Family Dentist more stars if I could!! They have been the only time I’ve ever been to the dentist and left feeling confident and happy with with my teeth.Most dentists have what seems to be scare tactics and harsh critiques making me feel nervous and insecure about my teeth, but not here!! The atmosphere and Dr. Y’s thorough, yet calming analysis and explanation of my teeth was an absolutely amazing experience.I referred my boss here and she was also stunned with how amazing they are. Cannot recommend enough!!!!!!!!!
