Larkspur Cleaners saved me when my dog peed on my bed the day after Christmas. Maybe he didn't like what Santa brought him? A Queen down comforter won't fit in my washer, and I just could not face the laundromat. I ended up bringing in all my soiled bedding. So glad I did! It was so nice to have them take care of everything. They quoted me 3 days but had them ready in 2. Everything was clean and no trace of pee smell.

They dry cleaned my wedding dress! Usually it’s one of those pieces you want to ensure they do a great job. And they exceeded my expectations. My dress has beading which I was afraid it would fall off from the dry cleaning heat. But they took care of it.I’ve also had comforters cleaned.

I take my laundry and dry cleaning here and recently had a particularly good experience. I have a Corneliani sportcoat that's pink. One of my favorites. I've had it for several years and wear it rarely so it hasn't needed cleaning until now. When I picked it up it was destroyed. The pink color had turned horribly dark in many places. It was this dark and light pink mess. I took it back after I noticed it a few weeks later. The woman in charge apologized and said that unfortunately she was sure it could not be fixed, that she hadn't seen anything like this before. We agreed on an amount that I needed to be compensated, she was reasonable in this process, and we set up a running tab until I was paid off. Ie each time I'd bring in my clothes to be cleaned, the cost would be subtracted from the amount I was owed. I'm not in there often, about once every 4-8 weeks. The first time I went by, my coat was hanging up behind the counter. I asked why. She said oh I want to still try some things to see if I can fix it. The next time I went in, she was very excited. She'd fixed it. She pulled it out and it looked fantastic. I was ecstatic. I offered to pay for the things I'd come in to pick up that day. She said there's no charge for cleaning the sportcoat, no charge for the last load that I'd picked up, no charge for the one today and she wouldn't be charging me for the load I was dropping off that day. From beginning to end she could not have handled the whole thing better.
