Isa is the real deal healer. I went to her because I was struggling with asthma and allergies, and she was able to open up my airways and provide me with the temporary relief I needed, which I felt after every session and it would last a few days. Eventually I ended up treating with herbs elsewhere, but from my sessions with her, I could feel her effectiveness. What she is truly gifted in is addressing a couple of my friends' muscular issues. Due to the nature of their jobs, they had hardened, tight muscles, lower back pain, numbness in arms, tight neck and shoulders. After multiple sessions with her, she was able to bring back feeling and sensation into arms that had gone numb and would spasm from years of mistreatment. It's a work in progress but from session to session, the progress is clear. After one session with another friend of mine to address back pain, she reported to me that she needed to work with Isa more because she was feeling remarkably better just from one treatment. 100% recommend Isa.
I went to Heidi at Skin Spirit in Mill Valley to have some laser procedure on my chest, and she mentioned that I had a bunch of filler that had migrated above my lips and suggested dissolving it. What she didn't tell me is that she was dissolving everything and, did not warn me, did not make a plan to put me back together again, and left me high and dry, to the point of me having to hide out in my house for two months and even answer the door for the UPS guy with a mask on. Completely unacceptable in every way. It was extremely stressful and was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. The lack of concern or care about follow up is mind-boggling to me. Luckily, a friend of mine sent me over to Hayes Valley Clinic in Larkspur and Christina took the time to add me to her schedule for Mondays and Fridays for seven weeks so that I could be presentable.The experience was shocking and irresponsible and has cost me well over $10,000 to fix and repair what she destroyed. I want to warn people to be careful when someone suggests that they dissolve filler. They have to tell you what to expect, have a plan so that you look ok and they have to make it right if they screw up . I still have two more sessions at Hayes Valley Clinic before I will feel comfortable having photos taken resuming my travel for my job. That mistake cost me all of June and July. I had a lot of work planned and had to cancel everything. I'm still shaken by the horrible experience I had. I have paused for two months before I wrote this review. I thought I might have a different perspective, but my perspective is not changed at all. It's been a total nightmare. And I will see my new person the third and, hopefully the last time THIS week, and finally be done. I highly recommend Hayes Valley Clinic and Christina. There's two Jennifers there and both are amazing. And the office staff are the sweetest. Every time I go in there I'm welcomed with a very nice smile and it's fun. So I'm grateful even though I had such a terrible experience that got me there.
Dr. Ahn is excellent and was highly recommended to me. During my procedure he identified an additional issue I was having and fixed it right there. My periodontal procedure has healed exceedingly well, and the overall alignment of my teeth feels much better. He fixed what other regular dentists could not regarding my bite. Dr. Ahn is super pro.Dr. Ahn is so personable and kind. whoa, did this place exceed my expectations and absolutely make my day. first off, the vibe and ambience are hands down the best of any nail salon I have ever been too. as someone who has chronic health issues, cleanliness is extremely important to me and Marlowe uses medical grade sanitation to ensure your health and safety. this is huge for me, no more settling for mediocre nail salons where I can't help but question the cleanliness and if my feet are stewing in someone else's funk. I got the California Pedi with Alina- who was incredible. I kind of love they only do manis and pedis and don't subject customers to the chemicals and toxicity of nail products. they even offer kids manis and pedis and parents can feel good about their kids going there! the front staff was so help and kind- I ended up buying some of the products beautifully displayed and thoughtfully curated. everything in here screams welcoming luxury so everyone feels welcome and you know the service is top notch. this is literally more like a spa but with the chill energy that doesn't make you feel u comfortable or less than. how lucky is Marin to have a gorgeous, relaxing and health forward nail salon that truly values your health and satisfactio? I didn't know it was possible. not only did I have a pedicure that was so relaxing and thoroug, I left with incredible products, a free tote and they offer 10% off your next booking when scheduled after your appointmen. they also have the most incredible selection of nail products. everything about Marlowe went above and beyond my expectations, Alina and the front staff made me feel like a queen and I left with cheeks that hurt from smiling so much. so grateful to have found this place. pricing may seem a bit expensive but when you consider the extended time of the pedicure (compared to other nail salons) the quality of their products and the time and materials that go into their santizing process, you don't leave feel ripped off. now that I have experienced Marlowe, I will never go anywhere else. so grateful for this location and all of the services and products they offer. Incredibly grateful to the caring and entice staff. I don't get much time to myself and this was the perfect place t practice self care. best nail salon I have ever been to!
Dr Goodman is wonderful! She listened to my concerns and desires, and the results reflected what we discussed and even better than anticipated. She is competent, direct, reassuring and caring. What stood out most was how well she listened and understood what I wanted and then delivered! It entailed additional pre-surgery and surgical time and effort, along with her artistry. I'm very appreciative! I highly recommend Dr Goodman!

The Lotus Method has a great offering for pregnant, and post natal women (although they seem to have several clients that just keep coming long after having a baby because they enjoy it). The workouts are tailored to your fitness level/capabilities and your stage of pregnancy. I've been doing both personal training and group classes there for 7 months now and have been so happy to have challenging workouts to build strength while pregnant, in a safe way. I've always felt like the exercises have been thoughtfully selected to help prepare for / manage through the physical changes of pregnancy, and the instructors are great. Shoutout to Ashley and Chris, who are both wonderful. The Lotus Method also has a nice community of members that are all super friendly. Highly recommend :)

We called them for a service and after scoping our sewer lateral, they told us the service wasn't necessary. That saved us hundreds and we would've never known differently.

Cindy is a master colorist and stylist and I have relied upon her expertise for many years. I noticed some of the tepid reviews are for other folks who may or may not still be there. If you work with Cindy, you won't be disappointed. I get at least two compliments on my hair each week from strangers :)
Cinda is absolutely wonderful. She guided me in such a calm way throughout my cancer journey. From post surgery, to fertility, and helping me deal with all of the side effects--her tenderness, knowledge and care helped me during such a scary time. I looked forward to our time together because it was such a reprieve from everything cancer. Highly recommend for anyone going through cancer treatment.

My daughter was with Healy for a year and a half and grew from a nervous, unsure little 6 year old, to becoming more confident and enjoying Irish dance performances and competitions. Alisa and Patti really take the dancers (and parents ) under their wings while teaching a love of Irish dance, good technique and form. Somehow they keep it fun but keep the girls focused. My daughter has had some amazing experiences in our short time with Healy - from entering Irish dance competitions to performing on the field at Oracle park SF Giants Irish Heritage Night, the Marin County Fair, and marching in the SF St. Patrick’s Day parade. Best of all she made some good dance friends. Lastly, I loved that even though my daughter has maybe only a drop of Irish blood in her, she was welcomed by the entire Healy community. We are so sad to have leave Healy behind as we move to a new City. My daughter will miss her Healy dance friends and I will miss mine too!

I love this place and love Joy even more. It's got a really nice relaxed vibe. Everyone is very nice but Joy is the real star. She is an artist when it comes to color. Seriously. Her cuts are great as well. I've been going to Joy for many, many years and have gotten really spoiled when it comes to my hair. Looking for a really nice salon and a really talented stylists? Look no further.
The actual classes are amazing!!! Master Gus is SUCH a great teacher, and he demands respect in the nicest way. I even feel the need to respect him as we enter, but again, in a great way. He creates the environment of fun but also teaches the youngest ones (my son is 5), that you need to listen to be successful, you control your body, it doesn't control you, work hard, and you can do hard things. My son really loves it and I can see the growth. He already can count to 10 in Korean, say thank you, and does things I've never seen him do. My son is a bit of a goofball, and he needs some growth in the area of focus, but I think this will be improved with time in these classes. You get gymnastics, physical conditioning, the art of martial arts and some life skills all in one. What more could you ask for? Well, there is one thing I wish they had. In this heat wave I wish they had air conditioning! Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5, but I almost wish I could give 4.5 stars because I know that's kind of trivial. It's just when we have to also be present outside and it's 99 degrees, yikes! Yes we could miss a class or two, but that's not what Master Gus would suggest ;). And I agree, if they are willing and get water breaks, they're fine. Maybe I'm just complaining because I'm the one who is hot haha. Try it out! Start at 4 years old! My other son can't wait, and we already had to buy him a tae kwon do uniform on Amazon because big brother had one and he wanted to join (but can't yet as he just turned 3). Can't say enough good things about this place. Hope to see you there!
I've been a client of Marin Orthodontics for a number of years under the supervision of the superb Dr. Gorton. My referral came to her via my dentist in the East Bay---evidence of her wide reputation. During my time at her practice, I've seen a continual parade of happy pre-teens and teens, along with their parents. However, I would encourage those in their 40s 50s and 60s to seek out her guidance ( I am my elderly yrs.) Dr. Gorton is a combination of enthusiasm, encouragement and expertise. Oh, and patience---heaven knows in my case, patience. I imagine Marin dentists seek her advice when they themselves need orthodontic work. Her staff are thoroughly professional, cordial and very efficient. They work in a spacious open facility and the technology they employ seems to be next year's science. Marin orthodontics costs, I think are mid-range, but given the quality of work, I believe them to be a bargain.
Haircut and color. I loved the cut that Naomi created. The color was also spot on. I've gone to the best hair stylists in my lifetime and post-pandemic, it was difficult to find a stylist to cut my hair the way I wanted. Naomi is creative, artistic, intuitive, meticulous, and she listens to the client, which is extremely important. The hair products are also of high caliber, which is a must for my hair. I am so very happy that I was able to find her. You're amazing! Naomi. Thank you so much! I will definitely see you again. Great facilities, attentive staff, and world-class masseuses. And, it's one of the few (only?) places with steam & sauna in Marin. Can't say better things about Erin, and her Deep Tissue massage. Of hundreds of massages at the best spas in the Bay Area, Vegas, and abroad, she delivered quite possibly the best massage I've had. She has a sixth sense for finding and working through knots, incredible elbow control, and a friendly attitude focused on catering to the customer's needs. A+ service from Erin - she is truly special. We'll be back!
Best pedicure I've ever had. I'm embarrassed to say but I'm wearing the same polish from 2 months ago. Beside the fact that it's growing out my feet still look amazing. Loanne is knowledgeable and skilled. I love the attention that was given to me. I didn't feel rushed or hurried.

I truly appreciate Dr. Yardborough and his approach to dentistry. When there is something that needs to be done, you can trust this doctor's ethics and know that he is telling you the truth in terms of the treatment that is needed. There is no gouging. There is no upselling. There is no unnecessary procedures. Anyone who has fallen victim to the above tactics knows how refreshing it is to leave a cleaning hearing that "everything looks good". In addition to Dr. Yardborough being so great, his staff is nice, friendly, ethical, and gentle! The office is clean, the equipment is new, and Netflix while getting work done is an awesome bonus. I've been coming to Magnolia for several months and it's my favorite spa in Marin. They charge fair prices for a dip manicure and they always last me 3+ weeks. The location is great - right by Equator coffee with plenty of parking. I've also always been able to squeeze an appointment in with just a few days notice.
