When we had a leaky roof last winter, Ryan came out to give us an estimate. Instead of a whole new roof, he suggested a much cheaper (and just as good) alternative: silicone coating. He explained the process and the benefits and said our roof was a good candidate. This was because our roof is flat and the existing material was still in good shape despite being 22 years old. We agreed and he just recently finished the job. He did it himself and it took about the same amount of time as a full reroof, but with far less hassle and disruption. We're now looking forward to reaping the benefits of our new "cool roof" doing its thing and keeping our house cool this summer! Definitely recommend Working Class American Construction!

Ryan was awesome! My patio roof was originally "hot mopped". Working Class Construction was recommended by my roofer to do the job. Well, it turns out there's another process for one third the money. It's a silicone coating which will make my patio 20-30 degrees cooler. Also, a 20 yr warranty! Ryan blew out all my gutters (not included in the quote) and then Ryan coated a second patio roof for no extra money! He did the work in 2 hrs just in time for the rain! I scheduled an appointment for a roof estimate. I was able to get one right away and the roofer showed up on time. However, I have not been able to get the estimate. I called a week after my appointment to alert them I had not received the estimate. They told me I would receive a call back but never did. I guess they don't need my business.
