We had our entire roof done a few years ago. During the process we were satisfied, we even referred them to our neighbor. I was not home upon completion, my better half was, however he did not inspect the completed job. Upon my return I inspected the roof & found a fascia board was not replaced & nails had come through to the underside in multiple areas. I contacted the owner, Robert Jr., he said he'd come & take care of the problem, he never did, even when he was next door doing my neighbors roof. How awful. Robert also said he would personally check our attic fan, that he installed, every year; we've yet to hear/see him.

I called during a very busy time for them, so it took a little while to hear from them. But they were nice and proffessional. My issue was small and not as urgent, but they diagnosed and fixed it quickly. Very satisfied.

So, so happy with Wasson Roofing! They gave us a great price and finished our new roof quickly. They took away all the mess and left the yard clean. So friendly and nice. Great communication. I've already recommended them to all our neighbors!
