This review is for anyone in need of a plumber, or for those having a MOEN water leak detection device installed like I did. Anthony Swinden from THE PLUMBER was my technician, and I have nothing but great things to say. He arrived on time within the scheduled window, was very professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions in a way I could easily understand. He was very thorough with his work and made me feel confident that everything was done properly. I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone in need of a plumber.
The job done was good. However, Anthony insisted on cash only when the job was completed. He instructed me to call the company for the receipt. After numerous messages left, I have not received a call back. In addition, the company is requesting another payment!!!
Garbage disposal replacement. Hunter came out for a leaking sink. He troubleshot it immediately. Hunter was professional and customer service oriented.
