I've never posted a review before, but felt the need to after this last visit. I had dropped off a dress to be altered not too long ago and figured picking it up the day of the event would be best. What I neglected to realize was that this place is closed on Sundays, which my event just so happened to fall on. This was a complete oversight on my part. I realized this much too late, and frantically started looking for their contact information. I sent them an email as a last resort and they responded within 5 minutes. I felt a wave of relief wash over me and was able to pick up my dress within the next hour, even though they didn't have to come in at all and I wouldn't have blamed them for it since it was my fault. I even tried to tip the nice man that came in for me and he politely declined. This place has earned a customer for as long as I live here! I highly recommend as they have proved they will go above and beyond. And to top it all off, the alteration was done beautifully and for a great price!

had to get one of my scrub pants altered completely and when i wet to pick them up and tried them on later it fit perfectly when i need something altered again definitely will go to them didn't have to wait a week for them they were ready the next day totally recommend them the seamstress and front desk worker were so nice

They worked on my Snowboarding bib. Zipper was broken and elastic shoulder straps were old and stretched out. They were able to replace elastic straps and replaced the zipper. Overall happy with their work.Service: Alterations
