“I've never posted a review before, but felt the need to after this last visit. I had dropped off a dress to be altered not too long ago and figured picking it up the day of the event would be best. What I neglected to realize was that this place is closed on Sundays, which my event just so happened to fall on. This was a complete oversight on my part. I realized this much too late, and frantically started looking for their contact information. I sent them an email as a last resort and they responded within 5 minutes. I felt a wave of relief wash over me and was able to pick up my dress within the next hour, even though they didn't have to come in at all and I wouldn't have blamed them for it since it was my fault. I even tried to tip the nice man that came in for me and he politely declined. This place has earned a customer for as long as I live here! I highly recommend as they have proved they will go above and beyond. And to top it all off, the alteration was done beautifully and for a great price!“
