SRS exemplifies outstanding professionalism and efficiency. Upon contacting them, their rapid response within an hour was impressive. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Paul, whose exemplary customer service and clear explanation of their approach instilled confidence. His courteous demeanor and expertise are commendable, making him my preferred point of contact for any future assistance.
When we had water damage in our kitchen, it was a nightmare because we had just re-did our home from another loss and used a different company. We had a bad experience with the other and called SRS in the evening. Dave, Elvis, and Mike showed up and took care of it. The whole process was way better than it was with the other company we used. They were timely, knowledgeable, and finished the job quickly. So much so, that it inspired me to get into the water damage service myself. Thank you SRS for helping us before we were familiar with the mitigation process and for giving us the experience we deserved!
