It's really hard for me to find good therapist out here because I've been getting massages since I was little, study kinesiology, nursing, and I'm a lifter aka very picky!!! It's hard for me to find someone who can tend to my needs! She takes the time to get in the muscle tissue and release tension and fascia. Arlene definitely knows how the body works and how everything is connected! I haven't felt relief for a very long time, and I feel sooo much better for the first time!!! Very thankful“
