I called at 8am, my AC was just blowing on fan. The tech, Filmon, came out and was very nice, knowledgeable and informative.
I went from a warm house to cooling in an hour after my initial call. It's now 9:04am and the air coming out is blowing at 60 degrees! I can't thank Pennies AC and Filmon enough!
Filmon is a great a/c technician. Very knowledgeable, honest, and polite. I hopefully won't have any issues in the near future but if I do, these folks are my first call. Great experience.
Filmon serviced my a/c today. He texted before he got here, explained everything he was doing and answered every question. A/C was not working and he came out the same day I called. Excellent service today, would definitely recommend Pennies!
